i. Product Availability
Due to Bangladeshi laws, product fragility, shipping limitations, and production processes, all My Craft products may not always be available on the website.
Some products are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.
ii. Handcrafted & Design Variations
Many My Craft products are handcrafted or specially designed. As a result, slight variations between the product images displayed online and the delivered product may occur. Such variations shall not be considered defects.
iii. Colors & Images
We strive to display product colors and designs as accurately as possible. However, slight color variations may occur due to differences in customers’ mobile, computer, or monitor display settings.
iv. Pricing
All product prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
My Craft reserves the right to change product prices at any time without notice.
If an incorrect price is displayed due to technical or typographical errors, My Craft reserves the right to cancel the affected order.
All prices are determined in accordance with applicable laws and taxes imposed by the Government of Bangladesh.
v. Payment & Order Confirmation
My Craft reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order within a reasonable time, even after order confirmation.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been completed, refunds or credits will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.
vi. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges include courier service fees, packaging, and handling costs.
Once the product is handed over to the courier partner, any delivery delay or damage becomes the responsibility of the courier company.
However, if the product is not delivered or arrives damaged, a resolution will be provided in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
vii. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Orders are generally non-cancellable once shipped.
Special or custom-made orders are strictly non-cancellable.
